Someone wanting a standard tub to shower conversion with a curtain rod will certainly not cost as much as a complete bathroom remodel with new vanity, toilet, flooring, drywall and paint. The sky's really the limit! We can do something relatively simply like removing an old tub and tile and replacing it with a new Kohler tub and Onyx walls, or we can gut the entire bathroom and start with a clean slate.

No shortcuts! Your entire tub/shower surround is removed down to the studs. Subfloor gets fixed as needed, and you get a new Delta tub/shower faucet in your choice of finish. New backerboard on the studs and then a beautiful Onyx wall surround.

It really depends on what your job requires and what we find after the demo. Many jobs can be done in as little as 2 days, while other, more complex jobs could take a week or more. We can get you and estimate on length of job at the time of the consultation.

During the consultation, Chris Sickle, who has over 1,000 remodels to his name, will come to your home, listen to your desires and concerns and offer different ideas and options to make that a reality. Once we have a vision that you wish to proceed with, he will write up a price for the job. The price will remain the same throughout the job unless you make a change. At that point, we will write up a change order for your review and acceptance. There will be no longwinded sales presentation or pricing gimmicks. Just a fair, honest and competitive price for the highest quality materials and an expert installation! No pressure ever! It's your home, and your investment and we don't want to go forward with any arrangement where your feel pressured or we're offering something you may not want. It's your home and you're in charge!

We do not use subcontractors. All work will be quoted and completed by Chris Sickle, the owner, who has over 17 years experience remodeling bathrooms and over 33 years in remodeling in general.

We offer a lifetime transferrable warranty against workmanship and defects. This means that even if you move, that warrantee will transfer to the new homeowners.

We do offer financing. When we arrive in your home for your consultation, we can prequalify you with no affect to your credit score. If you are prequalified and decide to go forward with the project, then you will proceed with one of several lenders we use. At that time, there will be a hard pull done on your credit. Upon final approval, you should be funded in as little as one business day, but up to 5 business days.
