Questions we get on the first visit
Do I need a remodel or a refresh?
If the layout works, the pan is sound, and you are not moving the toilet or shower, start with a refresh. If you want a tub gone, a new wet wall, or an accessible shower, that is a remodel.
What does a refresh cost?
Starter Refresh is $500 for a standard hall or guest bath. Surface starts at $1,295. Fixture & Vanity at $3,495. Full Cosmetic at $5,795. Materials up to a written allowance are included. Full conversions still typically start around $8,000.
Will I be without a bathroom for weeks?
Not on a refresh. Starter is a half day. Surface is 1–2 days. Larger refresh packages are still measured in days. Remodels may take longer because the wet area is opened, and some can be complex. However, most wet area remodels are between 3 and 5 days.
Do you sell Onyx and walk-in tubs?
Yes. Those live on the remodel side of the business, with the lifetime transferable warranty on qualifying Onyx work.
